How Can We Help You?

All payments are due before work has started unless written agreement from XOarts showing payment arrangements made. Absolutely no refunds unless arrangements have been agreed upon by XOarts and if so return shipping is covered by customer.

We ask for two weeks to complete most orders. Custom tables normally takes longer due to the use of real wood and drying time. All this will be explain more and in detail before order is made, also estimated time of completion given before order is started. Shipped items will be sent out within two days of completion. 

Absolutely no refunds unless arrangements have been agreed upon by XOarts and if so return shipping is covered by customer. If order is not correct XOarts will try to correct with replacement or decide to issue refund if found customer is not at fault. 

Quality is approved only by XOarts and we ask that customers be as detailed as can be in completing there order. Safety for different items varies and we asked to please follow each accordingly. Please feel free to email hello.xoarts@gmail.com with an question or concerns.

Different items have different care. All items come with helpful instruction advising different recommended care. Please follow product care instruction carefully to get the most out of your art.
